Since the spring of 2003 CNC Grondstoffen B.V. has supplied full-grown compost to Poland. The most important client is FreshChamp Sp. z o.o., in Letnica, near Zielona Gora.
In order to get a closer grip on the transport of full-grown compost to Poland, CNC Quality Products Sp. z o.o., (QP) was founded in the middle of 2004. The company originally had two shareholders, AMCO B.V. (52%) and Quality Champ Beheer (48%). On 1 April 2011 AMCO took over the shares of Quality Champ beheer and became 100% owner of CNC Quality Products So z o.o. AMCO B.V. is a 100% affiliated company of CNC Grondstoffen B.V.; together they form a fiscal unity. Both companies are full subsidiary companies of C4C Holding B.V.
The sales department of CNC Grondstoffen B.V. mainly aims at the export of full-grown compost. Full-grown compost is an extremely vulnerable product. The product can only be in transit for a maximum of twenty-four hours and has to be transported in an extremely hygienic way. If this is not the case, the cargo will have to be considered as lost. Approximately 25% of the entire production of full-grown compost is exported. CNC Quality Products plays a key part in the transport abroad of full-grown compost. The objective of the company is to take care of the international transport from the Netherlands to Poland, England, Germany, Italy and France at the lowest possible costs in such a way that the buyers of full-grown compost and/or casing soil receive their product at the agreed time and on the desired service-level. In time CNC Quality Products could play a part in the transport of full-grown compost from Holpol Sp z o.o. This company is located in Gósciejewo (near Poznan).
In the beginning of 2005 CNC Quality Products started with 2 walking floor trailer combinations. In the course of 2006 this number grew to 5 combinations. Two years later 9 combinations were active. The explosive growth continued in the following years. At present the company has 23 trucks with 25 walking floor trailers. The company employs 45 people.
In May 2011, CNC Quality Products opened a new office in Zielona Gora with four employees. In the Nederlands they are supported by three employees:
